How do I schedule a visit?

You can schedule a tour by calling (605) 432-8333 or emailing openspacesf@gmail.com to set up a scheduled time.


What is included with room rental?

Tables, chairs, and linens are included in the rental price.


How much is it to rent space?

Please call to discuss.


Can we bring in our own food?

Yes, you may bring in your own food and/or food catered in.


What is your alcohol policy?

We do not have a liquor license so you may bring your own beer and wine but it may not be sold on the premises.


What is the capacity of Open Space?

  • Grand room: 120 seated
  • Conference room: 14
  • Lounge: 10

Who sets up/ tears down chairs and tables?

The renter is responsible for setting up/ tearing down tables and chairs unless pays additional fees for staff to do so.


Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We do require a $100 deposit which can be refunded if space is properly .


Can we come early to decorate?

You may come a half hour before from your scheduled time to set up for your event.


What is your cancellation policy?

There are no refunds. We allow a one time reschedule.


How do we pay?

All payments are done via online unless other arrangements are made with management.


Is there on-site parking?

Yes, we have on-site parking.


Do you have a sound system and/or microphones?

Yes, we do have a sound system you can connect to via bluetooth and a microphone to use for an additional payment.


May we take bridal/ engagement photos on your property?

Yes, if you book your wedding our space is free to use to take photos. If you do not book your wedding at Open Space you may pay for a day pass to take photos.
